Trump announces: Second pilot of downed plane in Iran has also been rescued

On the 37th day of the ongoing war between the US, Israel, and Iran, a new development has occurred regarding the US warplane that Iran shot down on April 3. It has been announced that the second pilot on the plane has also been rescued alive.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, US officials reported that all elements participating in the search-and-rescue operation left Iranian airspace without incident.

This extraordinary operation took place in addition to the operation for another brave pilot who was rescued yesterday. We had not confirmed this earlier so as not to jeopardize the second rescue operation.

This marks the first time in military history that two US pilots have been rescued separately from deep within enemy territory. We will never leave an American soldier behind! The fact that we carried out both operations without a single American life lost or injured proves once again that we have achieved overwhelming air superiority in Iranian airspace.
