Trump's message: 'We will not withdraw from Iran early'

U.S. President Donald Trump addressed supporters in The Villages, Florida. Appearing in public for the first time following the third assassination attempt, Trump shared his assessments regarding Iran and international developments during his speech.
'WE WILL NOT WITHDRAW FROM IRAN' MESSAGE
Trump said, 'We will not leave (Iran) early and allow the problem to re-emerge.' He further added, 'The Iranians are not coming to us with the kind of deal we need to make. We will handle this in an appropriate manner.'
ACCUSATIONS AGAINST THE IRANIAN LEADERSHIP
The U.S. President criticized the Iranian leadership with harsh words, claiming that those governing the country are 'very bad people.' Trump alleged that Tehran had 'killed 42 thousand protesters within a two-week period,' that 'nearly 400 ships' were waiting in the Strait of Hormuz due to Iran closing passages, and that 159 Iranian ships were sunk within two weeks.
CRITICISM OF NATO
Stating that they have 'spent trillions of dollars' on NATO, Trump expressed that the U.S. has not received support from the alliance in the process being conducted in the Gulf.
