Trump postpones attack, first statement from Iran! Pezeshkian speaks clearly

Following US President Donald Trump's announcement that he had ordered the postponement of planned new attacks on Iran in response to requests from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, a new message has arrived from Iran.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian shared his assessments regarding the negotiation process on his social media account. Stating that dialogue cannot be interpreted as surrender, Pezeshkian said, "The Islamic Republic of Iran enters into dialogue with honor, strength, and by protecting the rights of the nation; it will in no way take a step back from the legal rights of the people and the country."

"WE WILL PROTECT IRAN'S HONOR"

Emphasizing that they will continue to defend the interests of his country, Pezeshkian said, "We will be at the service of the people with logic and all our strength, at the cost of our lives, and we will be the guardians of Iran's interests and honor."

TRUMP HAD ANNOUNCED THE POSTPONEMENT OF ATTACKS

US President Donald Trump had announced in a statement on his social media account that he had ordered the postponement of the planned new attacks on Iran.

In his post, Trump said, "The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan requested that I postpone the military attack on Iran planned for tomorrow."

"THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF AN AGREEMENT"

Stating that the request in question was made due to ongoing negotiations, Trump said, "In the opinion of the leaders, the reason for this is that an agreement will be reached that is acceptable to the US as well as all countries in the Middle East and other regions."

Reiterating his stance that Iran should not possess nuclear weapons, Trump stated, "Most importantly, this agreement will include Iran not possessing nuclear weapons."

Trump also added, "Out of respect for these leaders, I have instructed US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine, and the US military not to carry out the attack on Iran planned for tomorrow. However, at the same time, I have also instructed them to be ready to launch a full-scale and large-scale attack against Iran immediately in the event that an acceptable agreement cannot be reached."
