Trump to visit Turkey during Middle East trip
According to reports in the US press, US President Donald Trump plans to visit Turkey during his Middle East tour.
Following his recent meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump appeared before the cameras, praised his relationship with President Erdoğan, and remarked, "I like him, and he likes me. Erdoğan has accomplished what no one else has been able to do in 2,000 years."
Trump also stated, "I told Netanyahu, 'If you have a problem with Turkey, I can solve it. Because I have very good relations with Erdoğan.
But you also need to be reasonable, Bibi. I told Netanyahu that Israelis must act with common sense to resolve any potential issues with Turkey."
