In a statement released by UEFA, it was stated: "In light of the current security situation in Israel, UEFA has decided to postpone all matches scheduled to take place in Israel in the coming weeks, with new dates to be confirmed in due course."

Accordingly, it has been decided that matches scheduled to be played in Israel until October 17 will be postponed to a later date.

The matches scheduled to be played in Israel that have been postponed are as follows:

2024 European Championship Qualifiers:

October 12: Israel vs. Switzerland

2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship:

October 12: Israel vs. Estonia

October 17: Israel vs. Germany

2024 UEFA European Under-17 Championship:

October 11-October 17: Mini-tournament featuring Israel, Belgium, Gibraltar, and Wales

Meanwhile, the statement noted: "UEFA has reserved a few more days to assess whether the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier between Kosovo and Israel can be played on the originally scheduled date of October 15 or whether it needs to be postponed."

It was stated that UEFA will continue to monitor the situation closely and will remain in contact with all teams involved before making decisions regarding new dates and potential changes to other upcoming fixtures.
