Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in an announcement on Wednesday (September 18) that the 'victory plan,' which aims to bring peace to Ukraine, keep the country strong, and prevent 'all future conflicts,' has been completed following long consultations.
Last month, Zelenskyy promised to present the prepared plan to US President Joe Biden when he attends the UN Security Council and General Assembly meetings next week.
The Ukrainian President did not provide many clues regarding the content of the plan; he only stated that it is a plan aimed at 'creating conditions that Ukraine can accept' after more than 2.5 years of conflict with Russia.
In a video message shared at night, Zelenskyy said, 'Today, we can say that our victory plan is completely ready. All points, all key focus areas, and all necessary detailed additions to the plan have been defined.'

The Ukrainian army's occupation of Russia's Kursk region continues
'WE ARE DETERMINED TO IMPLEMENT THE PLAN'
Zelenskyy emphasized that there is no alternative to peace and that 'freezing the war or any other manipulation that would merely curb Russian aggression' is out of the question.
On Tuesday, the President held a meeting with the country's top commanders.
Following the meeting, Zelenskyy stated that the discussion produced 'good and strong content' from a military perspective and helped 'prepare exactly the kind of plan that can strengthen Ukraine.'
