Iran's Permanent Representative to the UN, Iravani, noted that Israel's aggression against Iran cannot be addressed in isolation, stating that Israel is obstructing international peace and security thanks to the unconditional support of the United States. Stating that the UN Security Council must strongly condemn Israel and take decisive action, Iravani said that some countries are avoiding condemning Israel.

Highlighting that most of the bombs dropped on Gaza and Lebanon are US-made, Iravani said, "Iran reserves the right to respond to this aggression at a time of its choosing".

Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, stated that the US and some of its allies are not trying to dissuade Israel, adding, "On the contrary, they have said, directly or indirectly, that it has the right to carry out these attacks".

China's Permanent Representative to the UN, Fu Cong, also stated that they condemn Israel's attacks, which violate Iran's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and that they are deeply concerned about the rising tensions.

The US Permanent Representative to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, emphasized that the US message to Israel is clear, stating, "The direct conflict between Israel and Iran must come to an end".
