US President Trump sets a deadline for Hamas

US President Donald Trump has issued a serious warning to Hamas aimed at achieving lasting peace in the Middle East. Trump stated that a major conflict could be avoided in exchange for the release of all hostages.

In his statement, Trump noted that Palestinian civilians would move to safe zones and be well-protected there. Emphasizing that Hamas has been given one last chance, Trump announced that an agreement has been reached with powerful Middle Eastern countries and Israel to achieve peace. He said this agreement spares the lives of Hamas fighters and is known to the entire world.

"Peace will be achieved in the Middle East one way or another. The violence will end and all hostages must be released," Trump said. Stating that the agreement must be reached no later than 6:00 PM Sunday (Washington, D.C. time), Trump warned that otherwise, unprecedented measures would be taken against Hamas.

Trump indicated that Hamas must respond within 3-4 days to the peace plan he proposed for a ceasefire in Gaza. "We will see what happens in 3-4 days. Hamas will either accept it or they won't; if they don't, the consequences will be very sad," said Trump, who demanded the immediate release of hostages in Gaza and noted that there was not much flexibility in the negotiations.
