US, Russian, and Ukrainian delegations to be in Istanbul today
Foreign Ministry sources reported that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will be in Istanbul today with the US delegation led by Rubio, the Ukrainian delegation led by Umerov, and the Russian delegation led by Medinsky.
According to information obtained from the Foreign Ministry, a trilateral meeting between Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey may take place, but it is not yet certain whether a quadrilateral meeting between the US, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey will occur.
