Famous influencer dies tragically during live stream

The incident, which occurred in the Contes region of France between the night of August 17 and the morning of August 18, resulted in the death of Raphaël Graven while he was sleeping. Graven's friend abruptly ended the stream after noticing the situation.

The news of Graven's death was announced on Instagram by his close friend and fellow streamer, Owen Cenazandotti. Cenazandotti shared an emotional farewell message, stating, "I ask that you respect his memory and not share his final moments. Six years side by side, never apart... We will miss you dearly."

The Nice public prosecutor's office has launched an investigation to determine the cause of Graven's death and has ordered an autopsy. Authorities stated that no suspicious circumstances have been encountered so far.

French Minister for Digital Transition Clara Chappaz described the events as "pure horror," drawing attention to the responsibility of online platforms to prevent the spread of illegal content. Chappaz said, "There is no place for this kind of failure anywhere."

Footage of Graven being subjected to violence in previous streams had previously caused a stir on social media. According to Le Parisien, moments in which he was beaten, choked, and shot with a paintball gun by various streamers had been shared.
