Israel strikes tents housing displaced Palestinians in Gaza: It had declared it a safe zone
Israel launched an attack in the southern Gaza Strip, in an area it had previously declared 'safe.' At least 20 people were killed in the attack.
According to initial reports, 20 people lost their lives in an airstrike carried out by the Israeli army on tents housing displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area of the Gaza Strip.
While Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip have continued for 425 days, Israel has added another to its massacres.
The Israeli army launched an airstrike on tents where displaced Palestinians were living in the Al-Mawasi area, located in the city of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. According to initial reports, 20 people lost their lives in the attack.
Local sources stated that the attack was carried out without warning and reported that a fire broke out in the tents following the strike. The Palestine Red Crescent Society noted that the area in question had been designated as a safe zone.
In the attacks carried out by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, 44 thousand 532 people have lost their lives to date, while 105 thousand 538 people have been injured.
