Design, performance, and electric: Ford's new generation unveiled

Ford's all-electric Explorer and Capri models, along with the Ford Otosan-produced Puma Gen-E, E-Tourneo Courier, and E-Tourneo Custom models, were unveiled to the public at an impressive launch event.

The "Ford Era of Electricity" event, hosted by actor Engin Hepileri, was attended by many well-known figures, including Aslıhan Gürbüz, Ceyda Düvenci, Doğukan Güngör, Feyyaz Şerifoğlu, and Hande Doğandemir.

Ford Turkey introduced its new electric passenger and commercial vehicles at a launch event at the Istanbul Park Racing Circuit, which brought together the press and the social scene.

Speaking at the launch, Ford Turkey Business Area Leader Özgür Yücetürk said, "Our models, which descended to the stage from the clouds just a moment ago, have come down to earth not only physically but also in terms of vision. The models we are introducing here today are not just a technical transformation, but a new-generation reflection of all the core values of the Ford brand, such as design, connectivity, performance, and ease of use. We believe that electric mobility is not just a product; it is an ecosystem. As Ford Turkey, we carry the vision of leading the transformation of this ecosystem."

One of the standout models among the vehicles introduced was the all-electric city SUV, the Puma Gen-E, produced at Ford Otosan's Craiova Plant. With its sporty design and a range of 353 kilometers, the vehicle offers an ideal solution for city driving.

While the Explorer EV, developed in Germany, stands out with its range of up to 496 kilometers and its Red Dot design award, the Capri model took the stage again with its new electric design.

Designed for large families and prestigious journeys, the E-Tourneo Courier and E-Tourneo Custom were showcased as the new faces of comfort-oriented electric transportation.

Throughout the event, famous guests had the opportunity to examine the vehicles up close, taking their first steps into the "Ford Era of Electricity."
