The leader of the automobile market for June has been announced
While the Renault Clio took the top spot in Turkish automobile sales in June, there were notable surges in the top 10.

The Turkish automobile and light commercial vehicle market shrank by 8.19 percent in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year, falling to 558 thousand 179 units. Data from the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association also revealed the most preferred models in June.
The leader of June in retail sales was the Renault Clio with 4 thousand 807 units, with this model significantly increasing its sales by 21.1 percent compared to May. The Renault Clio also maintained its leadership in the January-June period with a total of 28 thousand 892 units sold.
The Fiat Egea Sedan took second place on the list. Reaching 4 thousand 742 customers in June, the model increased its sales by 151.2 percent compared to the previous month. In the first six months of 2026, the total sales of the Egea Sedan reached 14 thousand 766.
In third place is the Renault Megane. Standing out with 3 thousand 467 units sold in June, the Megane has reached a total sales figure of 17 thousand 375 units since the beginning of the year.
The domestic electric car Togg T10X entered the rankings in fourth place. Increasing its sales by 60.1 percent compared to May, the T10X sold 2 thousand 933 units in June and reached a total of 12 thousand 3 units in the first half of the year.
The Toyota Corolla in fifth place reached a sales figure of 2 thousand 728 in June; this figure points to a 25.1 percent increase compared to the previous month. The model draws attention with a total of 17 thousand 215 units in the first six months of the year.
On the sixth step of the list is the Renault Duster with 2 thousand 493 units. The Boreal, which Renault recently introduced to the market, reached 2 thousand 160 units in its first month of sales, placing it in seventh.
The Citroen C4 made a fast entry into the list in June. The model, which sold only 358 units in May, showed an increase of 471.8 percent to reach 2 thousand 47 units in June, taking eighth place.
While KG Mobility (SsangYong) Torres found a place in ninth with 1 thousand 942 units sold, the Nissan Qashqai found its place in tenth on the list with 1 thousand 923 units sold.
