STAFFING CLAIMS
In his column today, Saymaz stated that Erdoğan signaled a 'change' during the AKP MYK meeting and said the following:
"MKYK members believe that a staff change will happen soon. While it is unclear who will be left out of the staff and who will continue, it is being discussed that Hayati Yazıcı, Ali İhsan Yavuz, Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz, Erkan Kandemir, and Fatih Şahin could be affected by the cuts."
CRITICISM OF KOCA
According to Saymaz, Erdoğan harshly criticized Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca during the meeting.
Turning to Koca, he said, “There are complaints regarding appointments. I will address the issue with you very seriously and we will do what is necessary.”
'LOBSTER' REMAINS ON THE AGENDA
Erdoğan also told his Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, “We will come down very hard on the issue of markets and price increases.”
Stating that "Lobster at the Monaco Yacht Club and vacations in the Maldives continue to be on the agenda within the AK Party," Saymaz reported that an AKP official said, "Everyone is talking about it. You should not bring anyone who is not authentic into politics. Politics is the business of authentic people."
