The reason for the silence of AKP Istanbul MP Süleyman Soylu, who has remained quiet since handing over the Interior Ministry to Ali Yerlikaya, has been revealed.

Ali Yerlikaya, who has been announcing a series of operations since taking office, also received praise from the opposition for his posts on October 29 and November 10.

While Yerlikaya's posts have resonated in different ways within the AKP, a striking claim has also been made regarding Soylu.

According to an article by Nuray Babacan from Gazete Pencere, Soylu was very uncomfortable with the pro-government media's use of the term "affiliated" and has begun making all his plans for the future.

As you know, 'affiliated' means connected or linked."
