Hakan Koçer appointed as General Manager at Arena Bilgisayar

Arena Bilgisayar, which operates in the Turkish technology distribution sector, has announced the appointment of Hakan Koçer as General Manager. Koçer will take over the position as of September 1, 2026.

According to the information provided by the company, Koçer will lead Arena Bilgisayar's new era, which focuses on growth and transformation goals. During this process, Arena aims to enhance its traditional distribution strength with value-added solutions, next-generation technologies, and business models tailored to changing customer needs.

Throughout his career spanning approximately 35 years, Hakan Koçer has held senior positions in the information technology, telecommunications, and small home appliances sectors; he possesses experience in corporate management, international growth, business development, and commercial operations.

Most recently, Koçer served as Managing Director at London-based Homend UK. He also served as a board director at Homend UK Limited and Karaca Porcelain UK Limited, playing a role in the growth and development of the retail structure for the Karaca and Homend brands in the UK.

Arena Bilgisayar Board Member Serkan Çelik, who has been serving as interim General Manager since May 1, 2026, will hand over the position to Hakan Koçer as of September 1. Çelik will continue his duties as a member of the company's board of directors.
