According to a report by Necla Dalan from Patronlar Dünyası, it is stated that a member of the family of Kamil Yazıcı, one of the group's founders, will replace Özilhan. While Kamil Süleyman Yazıcı, the current Vice Chairman, is expected to become the new chairman, it is also suggested that Tuncay Özilhan's son, İzzet Özilhan, may assume the role of Vice Chairman.

WHO IS TUNCAY ÖZİLHAN?
He was born in Kayseri in 1947. After graduating from Saint Joseph High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, he completed his master's degree (MBA) in business administration at Long Island University in the USA. His business life, which began in 1977 as General Manager of Erciyas Biracılık, continued with roles as Anadolu Industry Holding Beer Group Coordinator, Anadolu Industry Holding General Coordinator, and his appointment as CEO of Anadolu Group in 1984. Tuncay Özilhan, who still holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Anadolu Group, which he took over in May 2007, is also the Chairman of the Board of various Anadolu Group companies. He will step down from this position in June 2025 following his decision.
Tuncay Özilhan, who served as the President of TÜSİAD between 2001 and 2003, currently continues to serve as Vice Chairman of the TÜSİAD High Advisory Council, Vice Chairman of the DEİK Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Board of the DEİK/Turkey–Russia Business Council, Honorary Consul of Estonia, and President of the Anadolu Efes Sports Club.
