Pınar Süt responds to sale rumors

Pınar Süt, one of Turkey's leading dairy and dairy products manufacturers, has informed the public regarding recent reports circulating on social media and various media outlets concerning a sale or share transfer. In a statement issued by the company management, it was explicitly emphasized that the allegations do not reflect the truth.

In the notification sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was clarified that the company is not currently conducting any process regarding a strategic partnership, share transfer, or any similar transaction. The company management also stated that there is no board decision taken in this regard.

The statement from Pınar Süt included the following: "At the current stage, our company is not in negotiations with any institution or organization regarding a strategic partnership, share transfer, or similar transaction, nor is there any Board of Directors decision taken in this direction."

Finally, company officials underscored that such speculative and baseless rumors should not be given credence. Pınar Süt announced that it will continue to inform its investors and the public in a timely manner should any new developments occur.
