Senior appointment at İş Bankası

Nevzat Burak Seyrek, who has served in significant positions within the Türkiye İş Bankası Group, became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of İş Portföy Yönetimi AŞ as of October 2025. Seyrek began his career at İş Bankası in 1990 as an Assistant Specialist and served in various roles. Appointed as the General Manager of İşbank AG in 2013, Seyrek was later named Deputy Chief Executive of İş Bankası in 2016 and First Deputy Chief Executive in 2023.

Seyrek's new role at İş Portföy encompasses the coordination of the group's capital market strategies and the realization of its future goals. Since its establishment in 2000, İş Portföy has increased its portfolio size from 600 million dollars to over 25 billion dollars. The company draws attention with its social responsibility projects, such as eco-friendly investments, gender equality, and funds for the future of children.
