HOW WILL THE (SMRVA) SÜMER VARLIK YÖNETİM IPO WORK?

According to the announcement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the Sümer Varlık Yönetim IPO will include a total sale of 28 million lots through a capital increase and secondary offering. Within the scope of the capital increase, 18 million lots will be offered, and 10 million lots will be offered by ASV Holding A.Ş. While the company is increasing its current capital of 100 million TL to 118 million TL through a rights issue, it will offer a total of 28 million TL in shares to the public, consisting of the 18 million TL shares created and 10 million TL nominal value shares owned by ASV Holding A.Ş., an existing partner of Sümer Varlık Yönetim AŞ. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 22.00 TL.

The company will collect demand between December 12-13.

HOW MANY LOTS WILL SÜMER VARLIK (SMRVA) YÖNETİM DISTRIBUTE?

The firm will distribute a total of 28 million lots. The potential lot distribution is as follows;

300 Thousand participants ~ 94 Lots (2068 TL)

700 Thousand participants ~ 40 Lots (880 TL)

1.1 Million participants ~ 25 Lots (550 TL)

1.5 Million participants ~ 19 Lots (418 TL)

1.9 Million participants ~ 15 Lots (330 TL)

2.3 Million participants ~ 13 Lots (286 TL)

2.7 Million participants ~ 11 Lots (242 TL)

HOW WILL THE (CGCAM) ÇAĞDAŞ CAM IPO WORK?

The process for the Çağdaş Cam IPO will be carried out on the Borsa Istanbul Primary Market using the "Sale on Exchange" method under the ticker CGCAM.HE. A fixed price of 20 TL per share has been set for the IPO, and a total of 42 million TL in nominal value shares will be offered for sale. The offering, which will be led by Deniz Yatırım, will increase the company's capital from 137 million TL to 168 million TL.

Those who wish to apply for the company's demand collection can do so until 13:00 on December 12 (today).

HOW MANY LOTS WILL ÇAĞDAŞ CAM (CGCAM) PROVIDE?

If 300 thousand people participate in the IPO, it is expected that 140 lots will be allocated; if 400 thousand people participate, 105 lots; if 500 thousand people participate, 84 lots; and if 750 thousand people participate, 56 lots.
