THY responds to SunExpress claims
Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced that reports claiming it will acquire all shares of SunExpress are not true.

In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), THY stated that media reports claiming negotiations were underway to acquire all shares of SunExpress do not reflect the truth.
The statement included the following: "Our partnership has no such initiative. SunExpress continues its operations successfully as a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa A.G., and there is no plan to change the partnership structure."
