Belgium-based Team Blue, one of Europe's giants in the digital technology sector, is preparing to add a new investment to its portfolio in Turkey.

According to a report by Kerim Ülker from Dünya Gazetesi, the company, which entered the Turkish market in 2020 by acquiring the local hosting firm Natro for 200 million liras, has now initiated official negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Ticimax, which operates in the field of e-commerce software.

TICIMAX'S GLOBAL SERVICE NETWORK

Founded in 2005 and holding a significant position in the e-commerce software sector, Ticimax has provided services to more than 30 thousand domestic and international companies to date. With over 200 employees and more than 5,000 business partners, the company serves brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Starbucks, Bentley, Elle, Avva, Aselsan, and Dimes. Furthermore, it provides products and services to more than 100 countries outside of Turkey.

If Team Blue completes this acquisition, the majority stake in Ticimax will be taken over by the company's Netherlands-based subsidiary. This step would mark Team Blue's second major investment in Turkey and would further increase the company's influence in the fields of digital infrastructure and cloud technologies.
