The series 'Mezarlık' (Graveyard) premiered on Netflix on June 17, 2022, and received significant attention.
The production team will head to the set in early June for the second season of the series, which Abdullah Oğuz has been working on meticulously.
The first season consisted of four 1.5-hour episodes titled 'Güneşten Daha Sıcak' (Warmer Than the Sun), 'Bir Nefes Kadar Yakın' (As Close As a Breath), 'Göldeki Kadın' (The Woman in the Lake), and 'Düğüm' (The Knot). The second season will also be filmed as four episodes and will feature eight stories.
ABOUT THE SERIES MEZARLIK
In the series, produced by ANS Productions and Evrensel Film, Birce Akalay portrays Chief Commissioner Önem Özülkü of the Special Crimes Unit.
Bringing together actors Hakan Meriçliler, Olgun Toker, Şehsuvar Aktaş, Cem Sürgit, Berna Öztürk, and Sezgin Uzunbekiroğlu, the series addresses femicide with a striking narrative.
