Alâeddin Yavaşca to be commemorated at AKM: Ahmet Özhan to be guest artist
Prof. Dr. Alâeddin Yavaşca, a master of Turkish music who became a legend during his lifetime through his performances and compositions and who passed away some time ago, will be commemorated during his birthday week with a concert to be held at the AKM Theater Hall on Wednesday, March 6, at 20:00.

The 'Alâeddin Yavaşca Commemoration Concert', organized by the Directorate of Fine Arts, will be performed by the Istanbul Historical Turkish Music Ensemble, with the participation of Ahmet Özhan, one of the master names of the Turkish art music scene, as a guest artist.
Taking the stage accompanied by the Istanbul Historical Turkish Music Ensemble, Özhan will present 18 memorable works to music lovers, including 'Ümitsiz Bir Aşka Düştüm', 'Artık Bu Solan Bahçede', 'Geçmesin Günümüz Sevgilim Yasla', 'Tadı Yok Sensiz Geçen Ne Baharın Ne Yazın', and 'Şimdi Bahara Erdim'.
