The first two films in the series grossed over half a billion dollars worldwide.
It has been revealed that work has begun on a third 'Angry Birds' film after a 5-year hiatus.
In 'The Angry Birds Movie 3', which will focus on the new adventures of Red and Chuck, these characters will once again be voiced by Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso) and Josh Gad (Frozen).
The film will be directed by John Rice, while the screenplay will be written by Toru Nakahara and Thurop Van Orman.
