Saner Ayar, the producer of the Atatürk film, was the guest on the 6th episode of the Tuncay Mollaveisoğlu ile 12'den program.

WILL A 3RD FILM BE MADE?

While making striking assessments regarding the film, Ayar revealed for the first time on 12punto that HBO is also involved in the process.

Ayar also explained why the film was not broadcast on Disney+, and recounted the influence of the Armenian diaspora on the film's distribution and the attempted lynching he experienced in Los Angeles.

Ayar stated that the 3rd installment of the Atatürk film, which audiences are eagerly awaiting, will definitely be made, and announced that the first 2 films will also be re-released in theaters.

WILL THE ATATÜRK FILM BE RE-RELEASED?

Stating that it will be re-released, Ayar said, "It will be re-released on April 19. Since we have reset our financial expectations, companies that communicate with Atatürk should call and say, 'We have 10 thousand employees, we want movie tickets for them.' 80 liras - 50 liras. That covers the cinema owner's rent and fees. Let this film be watched."

Finally, Ayar made a call to the audience for the film that will be re-released.

Ayar used the following expressions:

"There may be many reasons not to go to both films. I just want to remind you of this; the day the late Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms set out, the reasons they had not to set out cannot even be compared to our reasons today.

That handful of young people set out with a dream of Turkey, putting their lives on the line. I think we at least need to watch their stories."
