Master artist Özkan Uğur passed away on July 8.
During the first MFÖ concert held without Özkan Uğur at the Bostancı Show Center, photos of Uğur were frequently displayed on the screen. At one point, Mazhar Alanson and Fuat Güner could not hold back their emotions.
As the audience gave Özkan Uğur a standing ovation, Alanson and Güner commemorated their friend in tears. Güner said, "A year ago, he was here, in this hall. That is why we decided to say 'Hello' to you all again today."
