Filming for the Gülse Birsel-penned film “2 Aile Arasında” has wrapped

Filming for the movie “2 Aile Arasında,” produced by BKM, has been completed. New behind-the-scenes footage from the set of the production, written by Gülse Birsel and directed by Ozan Açıktan, has also been shared.

The sequel to “Aile Arasında,” which was released in 2017 and stands out as one of the notable works of the local comedy genre, is preparing to meet the audience after a 9-year hiatus. According to information provided by the production team, the film will be in theaters on December 4, 2026.

In the shared behind-the-scenes footage, the energy of the actors during breaks, the cheerful atmosphere during the filming process, and the harmony within the team stand out. The film aims to continue the warm family comedy tone of the first production with a new story.
