Gamze Özçelik, who has been away from the television world for a long time, is making a major return to sets by taking on the lead role in the series titled "Operasyon Alesta."

Özçelik, who recently made a name for herself with humanitarian aid efforts through the "Umuda Koşanlar Derneği" (Run to Hope Association), is preparing to meet her audience again with her highly anticipated new project. The actress will portray the character Zeynep Yurtsever, who undertakes an important mission in Africa, in the series to be broadcast on TRT's digital platform, Tabii.
Combining elements of action and drama, "Operasyon Alesta" also incorporates TCG Istanbul, the first frigate designed with Turkey's domestic defense industry power, into its story. The series will bring to the screen a challenging heroic adventure that starts from the "Blue Homeland" and extends to Africa.
In addition to Gamze Özçelik in the lead role, the cast also includes well-known names such as Onur Seyit Yaran, Meltem Akçöl, Cem Bender, Aslıhan Güner, Aras Şenol, Ersin Arıcı, Mehmet Bozdoğan, Fırat Çelik, Katharina Weithaler, and Bahtiyar Memili.
