WHO IS İLHAN ŞEŞEN?
He was born on June 18, 1948, in Manisa. He began his musical journey in 1968 by singing in dance music orchestras and learned to play the guitar that same year. In 1971, he released his first 45-rpm record titled Kavga. After graduating from law school, he worked as a freelance lawyer for 10 years. In 1983, he left his legal profession and founded the music group Grup Gündoğarken with his nephews Gökhan and Burhan Şeşen.
In 1994, he released his first solo album titled Aşk Haklı. In 1995, he took on the role of producer and host for programs titled Arka Pencere on a private channel. He also prepared a radio program called Amcam Burada. In 2001, he released his second solo album, Neler Oluyor Bize. Following this, he released the album Ben Bu Şarkıları Kime Söyleyeyim in 2003. During the period he released this album, he acted in the series Mühürlü Güller between 2003 and 2004. Between 2004 and 2006, he played the character Feyyaz in the series Aliye. In 2005, he released his 4th album, Aşk Yalan. He acted in the series titled Annem, which aired between 2007 and 2009. He starred in the series titled Hayatımın Rolü, which was released in 2012.
