One of the unforgettable names of Yeşilçam, Hülya Koçyiğit, made statements regarding Israel's attacks on Palestine to an AA reporter in Kahramanmaraş, where she had come to attend some events.
Explaining that Turkey is doing everything it can for Palestine, Koçyiğit spoke as follows:
"With all our might, we are telling other states, 'Come, let us all take action together for a ceasefire.' We have not succeeded so far. I hope that a ceasefire and peace will be achieved as soon as possible. I hope the borders of 1967 will be redrawn. Two states will be separated. The State of Palestine will live freely forever. The world is expressing its rebellion against this, but unfortunately, we have not been successful so far."
'A RACE IS BEING DESTROYED'
Emphasizing that what is happening in Palestine hurts hearts, Koçyiğit used the expressions, "What is happening in Palestine breaks our hearts and wounds our consciences.
