The jury members for the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, which will be held in October, have been announced.

The Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, Turkey's longest-running festival, which was first held in 1964 through the initiative of Antalya Mayor Avni Tolunay, was canceled last year following the controversies and developments surrounding Nejla Demirci's film 'Kanun Hükmü' (The Decree).
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek announced that the festival, which could not be held for its 60th edition, will take place this year between October 5 and 12.
JURY PRESIDENT FERZAN ÖZPETEK
The jury for the 'National Film Competition' of this year's festival will be chaired by director and screenwriter Ferzan Özpetek, a recipient of numerous awards who also received the 'Golden Orange Lifetime Achievement Award' in 2018.
The other jury members in this category are David Di Donatello award-winning production designer Deniz Göktürk Kobanbay, director Melisa Önel, known for her film 'Kumun Tadı' (Seaburners) at the Berlin Film Festival, founder of the 'Mercan Dede Ensemble' group Mercan Dede, and academic and film critic Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melis Behlil.
5 MILLION LIRA IN PRIZE MONEY TO BE DISTRIBUTED
The jury for the festival's National Documentary Film Competition will include journalist and documentarian Ahmet Yeşiltepe, known for his history and culture documentaries; director Jale İncekol, who documented the orchestra of a village school in Varto; and award-winning documentary director, producer, and academic Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurdan Tümbek Tekeoğlu.
The jury for the festival's National Short Film Competition will include screenwriter, actress, and director Derya Durmaz, who won 11 awards at 43 festivals in 19 countries with her short film 'Ziazan'; director Erdem Tepegöz, who has won numerous national and international awards for his films 'Zerre' (Particle) and 'Gölgeler İçinde' (In the Shadows); and actress Pınar Göktaş, who acted in the film 'Uzaklarda Arama' and founded The Club theater. A total of 5 million lira in prize money will be distributed within the scope of the festival this year.
