Launch of Mustafa Kutlukhan Perker's new exhibition 'Happy Together' held
Illustrator Mustafa Kutlukhan Perker held the launch of his puzzle series titled 'Happy Together' in Gümüşsuyu, Istanbul, the other evening. Numerous famous names, including Hatice Aslan, Nebil Özgentürk, Funda Arar, and Mine Söğüt, attended the opening.

WHO IS MUSTAFA KUTLUKHAN PERKER?
Mustafa Kutlukhan Perker, one of Turkey's well-known illustrators/artists, was born in Istanbul in 1972. Perker's drawings, which also appeared in magazines and newspapers such as Gırgır, Leman, Le-manyak, Fırt, Digil, Avni, Milliyet, Sabah, and Radikal, transcended Turkey's borders.
He has regularly appeared in the most respected publications in the USA, primarily The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New Yorker, Mad Magazine, and The Progressive.
Perker was nominated for the Academy Awards of Illustration: The Eisner Awards for his works "Air" and "Cairo," both published by DC Comics: Vertigo.
Perker, who is one of the 46 illustrators featured in the documentary "Four Decades of Illustration" prepared to celebrate the 40th anniversary of The New York Times' "Op-ed" section, continues to draw for the Hürriyet newspaper and serves as the editor-in-chief of Karakarga Yayınları, which he founded.
He continues his comic book work with companies such as DC, Dark Horse, and Sacred Bull Press. He lives and works in Istanbul.
