Pianist İlyun Bürkev receives first-place award from the USA
Renowned pianist İlyun Bürkev has won first place in her age category at the Philadelphia International Music Festival Virtual Concerto Competition, and also secured the 'Overall Runner-up' award by achieving first place across all categories.

Turkey's young pianist İlyun Bürkev continues to make us proud by representing our country on the international stage.
Bürkev achieved great success at the Philadelphia International Music Festival Virtual Concerto Competition by winning first place in her own age category, as well as taking first place across all categories to receive the Overall Runner-up award.
The young pianist has been invited to the Philadelphia Music Festival, which will be held in July, where she will perform solo concerts.
İlyun Bürkev will also take the stage at the PIMF Winners Circle Concert night alongside other award-winning candidates. Furthermore, Bürkev will share the stage in concerts featuring prominent artists from the Philadelphia Orchestra.
İlyun Bürkev continues her studies with Professor Pavel Gililov, having been accepted as the first Pre-College student at the Salzburg Mozarteum University—widely considered one of the best music and drama schools in the world—after placing first in their Pre-College entrance exams.
Also continuing her studies with the renowned pianist and state artist Gülsin Onay, İlyun Bürkev achieved great success with her tour of Germany during the 100th anniversary of our Republic and continues to successfully represent Turkey on the international stage.
