Premiere of the film 'Cem Karaca’nın Gözyaşları' held

The premiere of the film "Cem Karaca’nın Gözyaşları," directed by Yüksel Aksu and featuring Cem Karaca’s son Emrah Karaca as a consultant, was held, with many famous names attending to watch the film.

'THE FINAL WORD BELONGS TO THE AUDIENCE'

Actor İsmail Hacıoğlu, who plays Karaca in the film, expressed that the entire team is very excited, stating, "For some of us, this was a 6-month adventure. For others, it was over in 7-8 weeks. I hope it will be a work that does not fade away for those who watch it. We tried to talk about a legend. Of course, it is not our place, but we worked as hard as we could. The final word belongs to the audience. I am very excited. Thank you very much."

'IT HAS A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART'

Hacıoğlu emphasized that a special 2.5-hour makeup process was applied every day during filming, adding, "Every scene has a separate meaning for me. The scene where (Karaca) says goodbye to his father, and the scene we played with Ms. Yasemin, have a special place in my heart."

'HE MUST HAVE PLAYED IT VERY WELL'

Haluk Levent, who came to watch the film, commented, "It was a film that should have been made earlier. I am curious about İsmail Hacıoğlu. What kind of performance did he put on? Because I admire him very much. My belief is that it turned out very well. It is not given to everyone to play Cem Karaca. I had also received offers from somewhere regarding Cem Karaca, but I could not have done it. İsmail must have played it very well."

The film, co-produced by Fikri Harika and Aytaç Medya, will be released in theaters on January 26.

The film stars İsmail Hacıoğlu, Fikret Kuşkan, Yasemin Yalçın, Melisa Aslı Pamuk, Buçe Buse Kahraman, Meral Çetinkaya, and Melisa Döngel.
