Star Wars exhibition in Istanbul: Open until February 1, 2024
An exhibition dedicated to Star Wars, one of the most-watched film series in cinema history, will be open to art lovers at the Istanbul Cinema Museum until February 1, 2024.

Progressing in parallel with the Star Wars productions, the first of which was released in 1977, the exhibition features constructions and unique objects designed by fans over the course of 40 years.
The exhibition presents more than 600 pieces through a multi-faceted narrative that draws visitors into the Star Wars universe.
In addition to original products, the exhibition includes hundreds of unique collector's items, life-sized figures, helmets, lightsabers, signed masks, areas offering virtual reality experiences, and spaces prepared with set decorations.
The collection, which covers the 12 productions that have gone down in history as the highest-grossing film series in the world, focuses on the Star Wars world through the eyes of its fans.
SIGNED FILM MASKS AND POSTERS ARE ON DISPLAY
The exhibition will feature more than 50 sculptures, 120 figures, 30 life-sized armors and costumes, a spaceship battle found in the films, 25 modeled and hand-painted life-sized busts, and massive creature figures, as well as unique dioramas, helmets, film masks signed by the actors, posters, and many other pieces, each of which is a work of art.
Europe's most exclusive Star Wars collection, which focuses on its fans, will also host collection pieces specially selected from Turkey. Throughout the exhibition, many different events such as screenings of Star Wars productions, film readings, and documentary screenings will also be held.
Organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the exhibition can be visited in the temporary exhibition hall of the Istanbul Cinema Museum until February 1, 2024.
