The weekly humor magazine Leman featured the People's Alliance and AKP's defeat in the March 31 local elections on the cover of its latest issue.
In the cover cartoon, which makes a reference to the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, Leman included the statement: "The 22-year AKP government suffered its first election defeat, finishing the March 31 local elections in second place behind the CHP by a large margin."
