The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King: Meeting the audience with a live orchestra and choir

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, one of the most magnificent productions in cinema history and winner of 11 Academy Awards, is coming to life once again in a special screening that brings together cinema and music with its epic narrative, powerful characters, and score by Howard Shore.

In this event, which will take place at Volkswagen Arena on October 18, 2025, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King will meet the audience on the big screen in its original language with Turkish subtitles, accompanied by the live performance of a massive 250-person musical ensemble.

The Lord of the Rings, the cult work brought to the literary world by J.R.R. Tolkien, will meet the audience in Turkey as part of a special event with The Return of the King, one of the most powerful adaptations in cinema history.

The fact that tickets for the first two films previously staged sold out in a very short time once again highlights the intense interest in this unique experience. Moreover, fans of The Lord of the Rings of all ages who attended the concert in costumes and accessories from the film turned the event into a Middle-earth festival, creating colorful and unforgettable scenes.

THE MESMERIZING HARMONY OF CINEMA AND MUSIC

Director Peter Jackson's 11-time Oscar-winning masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, will be shown on the big screen in its original language with Turkish subtitles at this event. The most striking aspect of the screening is that a 250-person musical team, consisting of the 100-person Istanbul Film Orchestra, the 150-person Sirene Choir, and the Beşiktaş Children's Choir, will perform live on stage throughout the film.

During the event, which will last 3 hours and 30 minutes including an intermission, the depth added to the film by the live orchestra and choir takes The Return of the King beyond a visual feast, inviting the audience to the heart of Middle-earth.
