Composed of musicians from the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, Wiener Concert-Verein received great acclaim for their modern interpretation of works by the genius classical composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Timothy Chooi, who also served as the conductor for the concert, met with the Istanbul audience for the first time at the İş Kuleleri Hall.
The concert began with Mozart's Symphony in D Major, inspired by his opera La Finta Giardiniera, and also featured Antonín Dvořák's Romance and W. A. Mozart's Symphony in A Major.
Chooi, who took the stage with his 1741 Guarneri del Gesu violin, received full marks from the audience for his interpretation of Mozart's Turkish Concerto.
