1 person dies from carbon monoxide poisoning in Ordu
In the Çaybaşı district of Ordu, 23-year-old Ali Bulut has died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Bulut, who was found unresponsive by his roommate in Merkez Neighborhood, was determined to have died due to gas leaking from a kitchen stove.

The incident occurred last night in the Merkez Neighborhood of the Çaybaşı district. According to the information obtained, Ali Bulut was found unresponsive by his roommate upon returning home. Following the roommate's report, medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams determined that Bulut had died at the scene due to carbon monoxide gas leaking from a kitchen stove. Ali Bulut's body was taken to the Ünye State Hospital morgue following the investigation at the scene.
It was learned that the deceased, Bulut, was registered in the Istanbul population registry, grew up in a children's protection home, and had started working as support staff at the Çaybaşı District Directorate of National Education approximately 1 year ago.
Bulut's funeral was held at the Merkez Mosque in the Çaybaşı district following the afternoon prayer, after which he was laid to rest in the Çaybaşı Asri Cemetery.
Meanwhile, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
