1 soldier martyred in the Claw-Lock operation region

The Ministry of National Defense announced that 1 soldier was martyred in the Claw-Lock operation region.

The following statements were included in the announcement:

"As a result of the contact established with members of the separatist terrorist organization in the Claw-Lock operation region on November 20, 2023, our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry First Lieutenant Abdullah KÖSE, has been martyred. According to initial reports, 5 terrorists have been neutralized in the contact. Operations in the region are ongoing.

We wish God's mercy upon our dear martyr who lost his life in this incident that has plunged us into deep pain and sorrow, and we extend our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation."
