2 handguns found in his car: Individual who shot at his former workplace released
In Esenyurt, an individual shot at a shop due to a debt dispute with his former boss. While 2 handguns were seized from the suspect's vehicle after he was taken into custody, the individual was released by the court.

In the Akçaburgaz neighborhood of Esenyurt, on December 23, an individual identified as Ş.G. (54) shot at a shop where he had previously worked, citing a debt dispute with the business owner. Following the incident, the individual fled the scene. Upon receiving the report, teams from the Istanbul Police Department took action. The teams conducted an investigation at the shop and its surroundings. It was determined that there was 1 bullet impact on the shop, along with 5 shell casings and 2 cartridges found. As part of the investigation, the teams examined security cameras one by one, identified the individual, and moved to apprehend him.
SUSPECT RELEASED FROM COURTHOUSE
The suspect, Ş.G., was taken into custody by police teams at his residence on the same day. During a search of the individual's address and his vehicle parked nearby, teams seized 2 handguns and 5 cartridges.
After completing the procedures at the police station, the individual was referred to the courthouse on charges of 'damaging property' and 'carrying non-prohibited knives and other tools for the purpose of use in an attack.' It was learned that the suspect was released under judicial control measures.
