2 soldiers martyred, 2 injured after military vehicle overturns in Şırnak!

2 soldiers were martyred and 2 soldiers were injured after a military vehicle overturned in Şırnak.

The military vehicle lost control and overturned near the Kayaboyun village area.

Upon notification, 112 Emergency Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.

In the accident, 1 soldier was martyred, and 3 soldiers were injured, 1 of them critically.

The injured soldiers were taken to Şırnak Şehit Aydoğan Aydın State Hospital by ambulance.

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced that 2 soldiers were martyred as a result of an armored vehicle overturning during an operation in Şırnak.

In a post on his Twitter social media account, Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya stated, “Gendarmerie Petty Officer Sergeant Mustafa Şen and Gendarmerie Specialist Sergeant Ensar Enes Ertaş were critically injured when their armored vehicle overturned into a ditch during an operation in Şırnak, and despite all interventions, they could not be saved and were martyred.

I wish for God's mercy upon our martyrs; I extend my condolences to their grieving families, our heroic Gendarmerie Organization, and our nation.”
