As the end of the month of Ramadan approaches, the duration of the holiday has become a subject of curiosity. In 2025, the first day of the Ramadan Feast falls on Sunday, March 30. However, since it does not coincide with the weekend holiday, the duration of the holiday will not be extended. According to the official calendar, the holiday has been set at 3.5 days.
While the eve of the holiday, Saturday, March 29, is considered a half-day holiday, the three days of the feast will be full holidays. In this context, the holiday for public institution employees and private sector employees will begin on the afternoon of Saturday, March 29, and end on Tuesday, April 1.
GOOD NEWS FOR STUDENTS REGARDING THE MID-TERM BREAK

Accordingly, the mid-term break in schools will begin at the end of classes on Friday, March 28, and education will resume on Monday, April 7.
This situation means a 10-day rest period for students, including the feast holiday.
