2026 fee schedule for defense attorneys and representatives appointed under the CMK has been announced
The 2026 fee schedule for payments to be made to defense attorneys and representatives appointed under the Criminal Procedure Code has been published in the Official Gazette.

According to this communiqué; for cases followed during the investigation phase, 4,027 liras, for cases followed in peace criminal courts, 6,273 liras have been set, while 6,904 liras for cases followed in criminal courts of first instance, and for cases followed in accordance with the summary procedure, 2,883 liras, andFor cases followed in high criminal courts,the fee has been set at 12,387 Turkish Lira.
A fee of 6,904 Turkish Lira will be paid for cases followed in juvenile courts, andfor cases followed in juvenile high criminal courts,a fee of 12,387 Turkish Lira will be paid.
For Enforcement Criminal and Intellectualand IndustrialProperty CourtsFor cases followed in criminal courts and ExecutionJudgeships, a payment of 6,904 liras will bemade.
In the schedule regarding legal remedies, forhearings held in regional courts of justice,12,387 liras will be paid, and for the Court ofCassationFor hearingsheld at theCourt of Cassation,a fee of 13,945 Turkish Lira has been set.
