In the Didim district of Aydın, 23 irregular migrants attempting to cross into Greece were apprehended along with 1 organizer.

The Didim District Gendarmerie Command carried out an operation targeting migrant smuggling.
According to the information obtained, a boat carrying 23 irregular migrants and 1 organizer, who were attempting to cross into Greece illegally by sea from the Didim district, was intercepted at sea as a result of coordinated work with Coast Guard Command units. Additionally, 1 rubber boat and its equipment, along with 1 boat motor, were seized from the suspects. While judicial proceedings were initiated against the organizer, a suspect identified as A.H., the irregular migrants were handed over to the Aydın Removal Center following their judicial and administrative processing.
