The fraud case in which former Denizbank branch manager Seçil Erzan is accused of collecting money from many people in the sports and business worlds under the name of the 'Fatih Terim Fund' with the promise of high returns will continue with a hearing to be held today (November 14).

Before the hearing at the Istanbul 41st High Criminal Court, Seçil Erzan wrote a letter to the court panel.

Seçil Erzan wrote a 27-page letter to the court before the hearing and named specific individuals.

In her letter, Erzan provided names and, claiming to be a victim, requested her release.

According to journalist Emrullah Erdinç, Erzan wrote in her letter, "I was working with Fatih Terim; I did not go to Arda Turan, Emre Belözoğlu, Selçuk İnan, Muslera, or Buse Terim..."

In her letter, Erzan used the following expressions regarding Arda Turan:

"He said that everyone knew I called him very often for deposits, but that he did not receive interest. The fact that he suddenly decided to work with me years later, and his rush to create cash by selling his real estate and borrowing from his friends, is proof of his expectation of high interest."

Regarding Volkan Bahçekapılı, Erzan stated, "Because he could not receive his 400 thousand dollars in interest in 6 days, he demanded an additional 100 thousand dollars in interest per day and obtained a note stating, 'my personal debt will be paid'."
