272 drug dealers apprehended in 17 provinces

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced in a post on X that 272 drug traffickers and street-level dealers were apprehended across 17 provinces.

Yerlikaya stated the following in his post:

"In the 'NARKOÇELİK-18' operations organized by the Gendarmerie against drug manufacturers, those who sell them, and street-level dealers in 17 provinces; 1 ton and 57 kg of narcotics and 16 million 218 thousand drug pills were seized! 272 poison traffickers and street-level dealers were apprehended!"
