3 arrested in illegal betting advertisement operation
In the investigation conducted in Istanbul into artists and social media influencers identified as promoting and advertising illegal betting, 3 of the 16 detained individuals were arrested, while judicial control measures were imposed on Emre Nalbant.

In the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into 23 artists and social media influencers identified as promoting and advertising illegal betting, 16 people were detained, including artist Mehmet Ali Erbil, singer Serdar Ortaç, musician Zorbey Erkoçlar, İbrahim Yılmaz, who has 19 million followers on social media, Russian-Turkish influencer Aleksander Mensikof, and Esma Sözen, who has 1.3 million followers.
The 16 suspects detained within the scope of the ongoing investigation were brought to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Cybercrimes Investigation Bureau following their processing at the police station.
After their statements were taken, the suspects were referred to the duty Magistrate's Court with a request for arrest.
Of the suspects brought before the duty Magistrate's Court, Sefa Caner Sarıcam, Esma Sözen, and Muzaffer Zorbey Erkoçlar were ordered to be arrested, while Emre Nalbant was released under judicial control conditions.
