3-day national mourning declared in Turkey
AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan announced that a 3-day national mourning period has been declared due to the hospital attack in Gaza that claimed the lives of 500 people.

In a statement on his social media account, Erdoğan said,
"As Turkey, we feel the great pain experienced by our Palestinian brothers and sisters in our hearts.
As a requirement of the respect we feel for our thousands of martyrs, most of whom are children and innocent civilians, a 3-day national mourning has been declared in our country," he stated.
